Vinyl Review: The Kinks and Phantom, Rocker & Slick

Aloha, everybody,

As my buddy PennySleeves likes to say, "Another day, another video".

This time it's about the vinyl. Let's revisit "Low Budget" from a band everybody knows - and then shift gears to a band I'm guessing few know.

What do you get when you join two ex-Stray Cats with a David Bowie guitarist? I invite you to check out my newest video and find out!

Aloha!

  1. Nice reviews. I'm glad to see the Kinks get some love. IMHO they remain one of the best bands of their era. Low Budget is one of their most solid efforts, but really there is no such thing as a bad Kinks album. One thing, though -- Sting was not in the Stray Cats. The third Stray Cat was Brian Setzer. Both are blondes who went on to solo successes in their own ways.

  4. Great post, thank you for sharing such a post:) Sri Lanka travelers have to get a visa for entry to turkey. Turkey allows Sri Lanka citizens to travel for the purposes of tourism or business. It is more convenient for travelers to apply for a Turkey visa for Sri Lanka citizens nowadays.
