Aloha, everybody,
Josh D has stepped up and quickly ripped his hit. He chose Number 6, the Young Stars Prize...
(BTW Josh, from your previous comment, you're welcome)...
Before we move on to the next pick, here's everybody's chance for a Secret Bonus Prize. Everyone from Numbers 1-20 is eligible (Except for Raz, who just won a prize). Numbers 14-20 can play for the bonus. All you have to do is be the first to comment below: I want the Bonus, or the bonus is mine. You get the idea - now back to the game...
Angels in Order is batting clean up. You can steal any of the previous prizes, or choose 1, 3, 4, 5, 8-13.
Good luck! Aloha!

Wha??? The Hated Ones, Here?? It's All For Dad
Aloha everybody,
Happy Father's Day to all my fellow dads out there. Now, about these Giants...
My earliest memories of baseball are sitting with my father, watching the old-time Dodgers vs Giants games live from Candlestick Park on our black and white TV.
The crazy thing was, my father was a gung-ho Giants fan. He hated the Dodgers. None of that Giants love trickled down to me, but there is plenty of nostalgia (and the great memories of dad) there.
So, in honor of Father's Day, ATBATT is all about the Giants...
The greatest Giant of all...but they say...not a nice person to the fans.
I don't recall ever seeing him pitch, but according to his career years, I'm sure I did. I was probably too busy booing.
I always respected Williams as a player, and hated to see him bat against the Dodgers.
A shiny beauty from a set I'm casually chasing.
You're nobody if they don't name a cove after you.
This one's a reprint, of course.
Happy Father's day, dad. Those were for you.
Aloha!

Cardinals are Red, Dodgers are Blue. It's Valentine's Trade Bait, All for You!
Aloha, everybody,
The weekend of trade bait mania continues.
Mr. McGwire started out wearing Oakland green, but he made his biggest splashes wearing Cardinal red...
Red is the color of roses, and the color of wizards...
It's the enemy, but a day of Valentines. So I'll allow an exception or two, I figure....
Wizards are red, but Benches are red too...
This uniforms been dipped in both colors, the red and the blue...
Fergie Jenkins double dipped for the Rangers, and quess what- he played twice for the Cubbies too.
Here's wild card trade bait, for the basketball all-stars, bringing love in swatches of blue...
Aloha!

Grand Salami Of Trade Bait - San Francisco Giants Edition
Hey everybody,
Since baseball season is about to start, let's get the party started with getting some trades underway.
In the coming days I'll be posting trade bait from just about every team in The Show.
Why not EVERY team, you ask? Unfortunately, there are one or two that I don't have cards for.
The levels of trade bait will vary of course, dependant upon what I'm currently holding. Some teams will feature a hit or two, some will have vintage, and others not. I'll certainly try to not list any bench warmer scrubs.
If you like any of the cards, feel free to ask for one, a few, or all of 'em.
**********************************************************************************
I'll be posting teams in no particular order, but let's get the hated ones out of the way quickly. Leading off the Grand Salami...

Trade Me (Almost) Anything: Giants (Boo!) Part Dos
Well, it seems yesterday's inaugural "Trade Me (Almost) Anything" post caught a few readers, but hasn't generated any trade talk - yet.
No problem. Let's toss a few more gigantes onto the pile and see if anyone bites. Go ahead and take 'em, as there's no place in my collection for evil giants cards. Here's 9 more...
THANKS for reading, everybody!

Trade Me (Almost) Anything For These: Giants (Booooooooo!)
Hey everybody,
Happy weekend! Here comes another new feature for ATBATT - it's the "Trade Me (Almost) Anything" post.
************************************************************************************************************************************************
Here's how it works: In each post I'll offer cards from one particular ballclub. I'm starting the offer at 9 cards, since 9 is what fits onto my scanner plate, and I can comfortably shoot 9 cards to you in a PWE.
What do I want in return? I'll accept whatever and however many cards you want to shoot back. It doesn't have to be 9 cards in return and they don't have to be all Dodgers. My only request is you check out my "What I collect" or "Sets I'm chasing" pages here and use them as guides.
Once again, you don't have to match me for numbers of cards or perceived monetary value. Say I send you 9 cards and you send me 1insert or vintage card. Cool!
The intent here is simply to TRADE, BABY, TRADE!
************************************************************************************************************************************************
Simple, right? Since the Dodgers are currently playing the evil giants - and currently tied 9-9 in the 9th inning - here comes the first 9 cards. As Vinny might well say, "Nines are wild!"
THANKS for reading, everybody!
