You Know What Grinds my Gears? Casual Racism on the Metro

Aloha, everybody,

Spoiler: There is no baseball card or even baseball content today, aside from the fact this is something that happened while I was on my way to Game 163, the playoff game between the Dodgers and the Colorado Rockies.

This is simply a recounting of my encounter with casual racism on the way to the ballgame. It reared its ugly head, and I dealt with it.

Aloha!

  1. Oscar, you are a man with values. I wish I could hug your neck and kiss your cheek. Peace my friend!

  2. Right on, man! These are dangerous times. Thank you for speaking up. I hope in a similar situation I would do the same.

  3. And folks that think it can't happen again....blinders/denial. Glad you spoke up if for no other reason that I know it would have eaten at you if you didn't.
