Random Target Repack Box - Part Two

Aloha, everybody,

In my previous post we opened a repack box and explored the 50 cards that came with it. Tonight, we'll check out the four packs and mystery bonus to finish out the contents.

Here are the four packs in all their unopened potential glory. Let's check out how I did. Leading off are the highlights from 2015 Topps...

This card has old friend, ex-Dodgers manager, Don Mattingly on it. Yay?

I guess it counts as a highlight, but only in the way that I hope Zippy Zappy will like it in his trade stack.

This one is more like it...

That was it for two packs of Topps. How about the Gypsy Queen?

A mini, of a guy I don't collect. On the other hand, it's one of those numbered minis, 038/250. Anybody want this?

(Of course, per ATBATT's name and blog philosophy, every card pictured is offered for trade.)

The last pack was the one I held out the most hope for, the Babe Ruth Story pack. I've never opened one before, and I dig Ruth cards, so I was hoping for some cool stuff.

 I was not disappointed.

Love this quote card...

All that remained was the bonus. I kept you all in the dark until the last, but the bonus was actually the first thing I saw when I opened the box. Although it was so small, it would've been easy to miss it...

A teeny, tiny, tiny, teeny pitching figure. It's generic, without a number or a name.

ZZ, this is now going to be the "bonus" in your next trade package.

Aloha!

  1. Not bad. I'll gladly take the Castellanos if no one else really pushes for it.

  2. Love the shot of the Babe and his family. Not something you see on cardboard too often.
